Wedding Reception Dessert Bar

Too many flavors for dessert?
For my wedding I will have a dessert bar with 5 different flavors of cupcakes (maple, pumpkin, velvet red, chocolate and vanilla), spiced pumpkin mousse, turtles, nut butter cookies, gingerbread little, and pumpkin cheesecake. As I said dessert and a bar of my reception's going to have a thanksgiving gettogether family atmosphere. Everything is bite-size so you can get to taste more of a thing … Is too? What do you keep? What would you discard?
Way to many flavors. I keep a couple cupcake flavors and cheesecake.
