Frozen Berries Dessert Recipe
Do I peel peaches before grilling them? And can I boil this sauce in the microwave?

My boyfriend is in the middle of building our house… it is liveable but the kitchen is only half complete at the moment. I have a george foreman grill that I am putting to good use. I want to make a dessert tonite and was wondering… Do I peel the peaches? one recipe says yes another says not to. Also, the sauce is made with frozen rasberries and honey. I am suppose to bring honey to a boil then add the rasberries. Can I boil this in the microwave and then add the berries?? thanks.

I don’t peel my peaches before I grill them. But them on the grill cut-side down.

I’d have to see the recipe for the sauce to get more information before I could answer about that. You could make a nice coulis for the peaches

Ingredients
2-1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup sugar, or to taste
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice, or to taste

Method
Purée the raspberries, sugar, and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl, pressing on the solids. The resulting coulis can be stored in a squeeze bottle in the refrigerator for 3 days.

You can also make this coulis with raspberries you’ve frozen, or frozen raspberries from the supermarket. Buy fresh-frozen for this recipe. Don’t buy the raspberries in heavy syrup.
