Take a train to London 6 o clock, what I can gather from Tescos to eat on the train for dinner?

I need something healthy and a dessert that I am recovering of anorexia and my family and I are taking a plane from Heathrow in the early morning, 4am. energy required to maneuver around Heathrow overnight with lots of luggage, but can not r. warm? xi will not be in London on 10 and Heathrow til til about 12 – not as it takes! x

Check out the range of pots of prepared salads and yogurts. They are not too great and are healthy. They usually come with a fork at the top, so they are perfect for food on the go. Good trip! * SL
