While experts suggest that the best way to keep fit and healthy and keep your body balanced nutrition is to eat several small meals per day. But, of course what you choose plays an important role in how you look and how you feel. And while many of us "should" be noshing every few hours, the often you crave and what we long for may depend on what we are handed in. In fact, experts say that when it comes to curb hunger and cravings, the key is not is not to eat, but in choosing foods that fill you, but until you add fat or calories to your diet or your waistline.

1. "Liquid Lunches": Broths and filtered water will help keep appetite in check. In fact, experts say thirst is often mistaken for hunger. They suggest drinking a glass of 8 oz of water at the first sign of hunger, and waiting a few minutes before deciding to eat. If you are not partial to water, suggest organic vegetable or chicken broth and heat in a room at a time.

2. Field of Greens: greens and vegetables have many nutrients, but very few calories and fill you with speed and ease. And if you prefer a little spice, consider low-calorie dressings or stir-fry vegetables in water.
