Has anyone made a cheesecake with grated low-fat or nonfat cream?
I like cooking but have never made a cheesecake. I found a pumpkin cheesecake recipe online and want to make for Thanksgiving dinner. I'd like to do a little more healthy, but do not know what the results obtained if using fat free or low-fat cream cheese. If you have made a cheesecake please pass on their tips (even if outside the substution cream cheese.) Thanks in advance for the advice. Wow I want cheese lovers in my family with this Dessert.
