This is a light and creamy Dessert that is perfect for summer.
Ingredients:
1 / 3 oz package raspberry gelatin
1 / 2 cup boiling water
1 8-oz block fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 cups fat-free cool whip
1 15-oz canned peaches in light syrup, drained and chopped
Raspberries for garnish
Instructions:
Add the raspberry gelatin to boiling water in small bowl. Stir for two minutes until the gelatin melts.
Put the softened cream cheese, cottage cheese in a blender, and the gelatin melts. Mix to a mixture smooth. Then pour the mixture into a large bowl.
