Healthy Dessert Fruit Recipes

healthy dessert recipes? pleeeeease answer?
ok….. so i’m on a diet, but i just love cooking! especially for other people. but cooking without eating any of it would be asking waaay too much. any really, really, healthy desserts out there that i can eat everyday without feeling guilty? and i mean like a real elaborate dessert, not a snack, like a fruit or something. it can have fruits in it though:D
any sites with healthy recipes would be great too.

Pineapple-Coconut Frappe
1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
1 cup low-fat milk
1/3 cup “lite” coconut milk
10 ice cubes
Blend pineapple, milk, coconut milk and ice cubes in a blender until frothy.
NUTRITION INFORMATION: Per serving: 143 calories; 4 g fat (3 g sat, 1 g mono); 8 mg cholesterol; 23 g carbohydrate; 6 g protein; 2 g fiber; 78 mg sodium; 134 mg potassium.
This is sooooo good! its not really a dessert but its a dessert drink!!! its beyond yummy and wicked simple to make! heres a few great websites!!!
